friday

went to college first off all.. and did a photoshoot with gabby, sequins and a lot of light trails and colour.. but i can't post the pictures since my laptop is still fucked.

after that me and my mam went through to the metro centre. i needed to spend my make up voucher that i got for my birthday in AUGUST. so i had my make up done by this lovely girl at mac.. smokey eyes.. pink lips and cheeks. i really liked it but there's no way i'll be able to recreate that! ahaha.


mam was feeling overly generous today, she offered to make my £25 voucher up to £50! yes i was and still am gobsmacked, so i got some mac powder, blusher, lipstick and eyelashes.

Then I got a muted patterned jersey shirt and a sheer/velvet striped slouchy top from miss selfridges..

some fluffy bed socks and some tights and a big tapestry bag from new look.

i also went to new look for my boots that I'd wanted for ages, the black military boots I posted a few weeks ago.. I found them finally, in my size and everything and I never have before! one problem.. I had one shoe and a chav girl the other foot, and we both wanted them!

we stood there for about twenty minutes seriously hahaha but I gave in in the end.. well my mam did. I could have waited it out until she put it down. I was gutted cause I needed them for work and for Paris but I'll have to find some somewhere else.

we came home after that and tried to sort some stuff out for Disney on wednesday and I got myself a bit stressed out with the computer situation. But never mind!

for i ne'er saw true beauty till this night

woke up and looked at ucas.. still no further forward. my dvd's came though i ordered the truman show, and romeo and juliet the leonardo dicaprio/claire danes version. lovelovelove.

then got up and ready for my driving lesson. i did some manoeuvres and turns in the road.. stalled a bit, but it went alright.

i then came home and watched romeo and juliet whilst slowly getting ready for work.. i then caught the bus through there.. late cause i didn't want to miss the ending where they both die, how morbid of me.


work was alright.. we caught some shoplifters then i was payed a visit my gabrielle, madeline and diane. who also offered me a lift home! gabby drove us home, it was so surreal.. she's such a good driver for having no professional lessons, her parents have taught her well. i'm jealous cause my mam wont take me out. goon.

came home, pissed me mam off in the first five minutes of being home, ate some tea and watched gossip girl straight away :) followed by some of the ema's then desperate housewives.

i got some new bedding put on today.. so i took a few pictures of my room and some things in it.

here's my photo wall, the majority of these pictures were taken on film.. either disposable cameras or from my canon ae-1 35mm film slr camera. favourite part of my room, but some of my all time favourite pictures that couldn't not be included i got printed out too..

this is my favourite mirror which i bought myself, and my very messy dressing table.. you can very rarely see the surface of it. there's also my little heart blackboard and sparkly heart, which my mam got me as a surprise one day when i felt really down.

behind my door is my bag collection, well some of it... all the others (the big totes and shoppers) are hidden in my wardrobe - to big to hang up. i need to sort this out because my door doesn't open properly anymore. there's also a few thank you cards from people i've done photography jobs for.. weddings/anniversarys/fashion shoots.

here's the main bulk of my wardsrobe.. but the door isn't slid all the way along so there's some more hidden. i need a VERY good sort out cause i don't wear half of it.. i'm obsessed with buying clothes and blowing my payslip every single month.

here's the middle section of my wardrobe where i keep my coats and jackets (yes my wardrobe fills a wall ahaha) but this section has shelves for my college work/books/etc. in the little chest of drawers is lots of arty farty things like glue.. glitter and ribbons.

from baby goth girl... to war at the roses.

we're switching from the name of my favourite nail varnish to my favourite gossip girl episode :) but it's still me.

bonfire night

remember remember the 5th of november - bonfire night!

started off the day pretty glum to be honest. since my supposed-to-be-double-exposed prints for photography were, s h i t e. i had nothing to do for the whole two hours. yet somehow, i ended up doing with for three hours instead.

robin's gotten this negative scanner thing.. called an epson perfection ;) which scans in the photo negatives. so basically i cheated the double exposure and just scan two negatives in over the top of each other.. but it is soooooo time consuming.

finally got home to see that my little doggie had a vet collar !!!

it'll come off in a week, it's just to stop him from scratching at an infected bit of skin on the back of his neck.. bless him!

i then did some college work before i got ready to go to the firework display with gabby.

gabs came up mine and we walked down.. i got some candy floss and a hot chocolate, then we waited at the front and i set up my camera + tripod.. we talked to galey for a while and after waiting a bit.. the fireworks began..

they were lush! better than last year by far...
i think i got some okay pictures too :) pretty pleased with the outcome.

i came home and decided against going to the pub.. i text sarah and she said it was completely dead. so i did uploaded my firework pictures and cuddles my poorly little doggy. facebooked and helped out a friend with her worries, hopefully i cheered her up. now it's bed time - i'm looking forward to tomorrow night! partypartyparty.

yesterday

missed my bus so i was 15 minutes late for media.

we skived the lesson anyway to go sit in the refectory eating toast and sitting in the library talking about all sorts with abby.

i then got the bus through to the galleries to pick up my prints.. which had finally been done! i failed miserably at double exposures though.. like seriously.




so i got the bus home and cheated some up on photoshop. i had a quick bowl of cereal for dinner and talked to gran for a while.. then got the bus back through to college. for a three hour graphics lesson.



we spent the whole three hours in the library scanning and photocopying stuff for our files.. i bumped into my cousin martin who i haven't seen for like, years. apparently he goes to shiney college on thursdays to learn theory about his job in engineering. it was raining, so he offered me a lift home.




i havent done much tonight, i couldn't be bothered to go to the pub. so i just stayed in and watched celebrity juice with me mam and brother and i also helped dominic with his geography homework. i miss doing geography.. i miss emily, stuart and adam in that class.. and i miss being really good at a subject. i wish i'd taken it at a level.. it was my only A* at gcse.
