exhibition | the natural history museum

i was amazed by this exhibition in the natural history museum when i last visited a few weeks ago! a whole space dedicated to rocks, minerals, constellations and the solar system. what intrigued me most was the way some specimens were removed from the displays for scientific experiementation, i find that thought the most exciting.

exhibition | avedon: women at the gagosian gallery

the detail of richard avedon's work is amazing. the movement, shape and tones he created in his black and white film photographs are insanely intricate and caught perfectly. i love the way his models leap and gallop around the studio when he photographs. it looks fun.
