today bethany and her very pink car took me to lickety split in seaham - it's a gorgeous little ice cream parlour. she chose a strawberry blonde sundae, and i chose a chantilly glace. it was beyond beautiful!
it was lovely having a last little farewell treat with beth. she's staying up north for uni and i couldn't be moving further away! i'll miss her, she's been an amazing friend for at least the last ten years, and i've known her since i was three! this is one of the only downsides to leaving the north, my gorgeous friends.
chantilly glace - white chocolate & clotted cream ice cream, white maltesers, topped with fresh dairy cream, white kroccant (hard chocolate) & chopped nuts.
strawberry blonde - strawberry & clotted cream ice cream, fresh strawberries, meringue, topped with fresh dairy cream.
